Depending on your project and how much support you need, pick the package that fits. They all include a free initial call to scope your trip together.
Consultation & inspiration — free
To clarify your project when you're torn between several destinations. A 45-minute discovery call, recommendations for 2 to 3 destinations, advice on the best season and ideal trip length, a written summary sent by email, and email availability during the trip.
Custom trip planning — on request
The most popular package. Deep-dive briefing, personalized day-by-day itinerary, international flights shortlist, hotel selection, internal logistics shortlisted (domestic flights, train, transfers), activity and restaurant tips, illustrated PDF travel book, revisions included until final validation, and 7/7 availability during the trip with intervention if anything comes up. You stay in charge of the bookings, working from my recommendations.
Full-service trip — on request
Everything in Custom trip planning — plus I book it all for you: international flights, hotels, activities and transfers. Complete file with confirmations and useful contacts. For complex trips, long journeys, honeymoons and special occasions.
The final price depends on trip length, number of travellers, itinerary complexity and the level of support you want. You'll get a precise quote after the first discovery call — which is free and no strings attached.

- Illustrated PDF travel book — a complete document that brings your whole trip together: itinerary, stays, activities and practical advice.
- Day-by-day itinerary — the precise flow of each day, with travel times, must-see visits and pauses to breathe.
- Vetted hotel shortlist — options per stage matched to your budget, with direct links and the reasoning behind each pick.
- Restaurants & activities — tested restaurants, local experiences, guided tours and off-the-beaten-path activities for every stage.
- Practical logistics — transport advice, visa, vaccines, currency, insurance, useful apps and local cultural codes.
- Email support during preparation — your questions get an answer within 24-48 hours up to your departure.
How we work together, step by step
From your first message to your return, here's how we work together. Design takes 2 to 4 weeks on average, depending on the complexity of your trip.
1. First contact — reply within 24-48 h
You tell me about your project through the form or by email: destination(s), dates, length, type of experience you want.
2. Discovery call — within 5 days, 20 min
Video or phone, free and no strings attached. We clarify your wishes and pace, and I confirm the right package and price for your project.
3. Trip design — 2 to 4 weeks depending on complexity
Research, hotel shortlist, activity picks, fact-checking, travel-book layout. You don't have to do anything during this phase.
4. Delivery & revisions — 1 to 2 rounds
You receive the complete travel book. We review it together and adjust whatever needs it. Once validated, the book is finalized.
5. Support during the trip — depends on the package
Depending on the package you chose, I stay available to answer questions or handle the unexpected (weather, last-minute recommendation, logistical emergency).
